General Policy

As a matter of general policy, SMSB does not accept any anonymous disclosure. Whistleblower who intends to report any malpractice or misconduct is required to disclose his/her identity and contact details. This information(s) will be kept highly confidential. Nevertheless, at its own discretion SMSB reserves the rights to investigate into any anonymous disclosure.
