The SEED Programme is a programme, which consists of activities that will add value to a procurement made by Sarawak Metro taking into account their cost effectiveness.  The SEED Programme is one of Sarawak Metro’s initiatives to provide opportunities for local industry players to competitively take part in the supply chain and participate in the market.
